and enjoyed a flute recital...
Marie has an amazing gift for interacting with children. As a child, I remember having so much fun with Aunt Marie, and I loved seeing my kids have that same joy. (Mary even warmed up to her.) After taking her to the airport, David cried that he wanted "more Marie!" I think I wanted more Marie too! More adult conversation, more entertainment for my kids, more adult hands around the house. Needless to say, we're all very happy that Aunt Marie came to play!
