A major breakthrough

Mary teethes unbelievably slowly.  Four teeth (yes, four at once) finally broke through on the top.  (We've been anticipating this for months.)  But I'm sure that those teeth will descend so slowly that it will be months before her smile looks any different.

Here is what her current grin looks like (improved, of course, by dirt around the mouth and a dribble of snot).
