Glory to God

"Far, Far Away on Judea's Plains" is almost David's favorite Christmas song.  He continually sings "Glory to God!  Glory to God!" throughout the day, especially when there is any mention of Baby Jesus or shepherds.

I say it is almost his favorite Christmas song because nothing beats "Jingle Bells."  If I hear "Jingle Bells" one more time...

Even Mary likes "Jingle Bells."  She always claps along with a big grin on her face.  What is it about that song?

Maybe by next year they both will have forgotten all about it?  But I suspect fighting "Jingle Bells" is like fighting Santa.  Not worth the effort.

But I'm all for a little more "Glory to God!"
