First word

It's official.  Mary's first word is "apple."  She says "a-pooh."  She can also make the sign, so she really thinks she's a big shot.

Anyway, it figures that "apple" would be her first word.  (Forget "Mom" and "Dad.")  Her favorite thing to do is walk around the house munching on an apple.  (So much for the no-food-outside-the-kitchen-and-dining-room rule.  I can fight only so many battles...)
